We use an AI-powered chatbot, provided by Biel.ai, to help visitors quickly find answers within our documentation.

Message Content​

Your questions are processed in real time to generate relevant responses from our documentation.

Personal Information​

The chatbot automatically removes personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Please do not share sensitive or confidential information in the chat.
Biel.ai may store chat logs in accordance with their Privacy Policy and their Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

IP Addresses​

IP collection is disabled.

Storage, Retention, and Transfers​

Chat messages are stored on Biel.ai’s servers while our account is active. They can be deleted by us at any time through the Biel.ai dashboard. End users cannot directly delete or access stored messages.
Messages may be transferred or stored outside the European Economic Area (EEA) in compliance with GDPR.
Messages are not used to build personal profiles.

Data is processed solely to provide support and answers about our documentation.
The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in providing customer support and maintaining our service.

Third-Party Services​

The chatbot is powered by Biel.ai. Your messages are processed by Biel.ai only to generate responses.
Biel.ai acts as a data processor, while our company acts as the data controller. For details, see Biel.ai Privacy Policy, Security Overview, and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
